Tracking issue: Are there sections that are crying out for case studies but don't have them?

Can any of us write them? Or can we identify people to recruit for contributions?

Some starter thoughts:

• Ch 1 "benefits" section - engineering, pr/business, ethics - are there other categories to add? (probably not)
• Ch 1 - "The more we open source—especially data—the more resources we're able to give journalists to do their jobs" this probably could be unpacked a bit
• Ch 3 - examples section is empty, we could use a case study or two about a project that began as closed source, but they went through the processes described in the chapter to open it up
• Ch 4 - needs more examples/pointers on "helping others contribute"
• Ch 6 - [TODO: info on how to say "no" politely, turn down PRs, etc. without chasing away well-meaning contributors] (I wonder if Chris Groskopf could add something here based on the wireservice projects)
• Ch 7 - roadmap examples
• Ch 7 - "Don't let the open source edition of your code diverge substantially from what you really use in your newsroom" feels like a section that would be great to add a horror story
• Ch 7 - [TODO: more case studies on release management], also feels like a good Groskopf request
• Ch 8 - REALLY needs some case studies on project sunsets
