Scooring tool button disappears when sim view is closed and reopened

When the rcj simulation environment is loaded and you close and reopen the SIM window, the button for the scoring window (stopwatch bottom left) disappears. You have to reload the rcj simulation environment to see the button again. This makes working with the newly created scooring tool almost impossible.
