A super- admin admin cannot select a profile category that is marked as private. This may also apply to an admin with the appropriate permissions but I haven't tested it #258

Set a collection to private
Create a new profile collection and try to find the collection above in the collection dropdown - it cannot be found.

@milafrerichs I was not able to recreate this issue.

I tested on staging branch

For superuser:
It shows all collections even if collection is private and profile is private.

For admin user:

It shows collections that are public and profile is also public
if user has profile group added in groups it shows private profile collections else does not show them even if collection is public
