Set up Openscapes R-universe?

I was wondering if you'd be interested in setting an openscapes r-universe so that kyber could be found by search on https://r-universe.dev/search

Hi @maelle ! This is a great idea and we def want to embrace R-universe, in part so our community members are exposed to it. Right now we have only the kyber pkg co-dev'd by Sean and Julie. We plan to come back to this later for another project that will have multiple endorsed packages. Not likely till Fall. Thanks for pinging us about it!
