Usage data

We need some sort of reasonable flow to get usage data for the platform. It could be something in the app, but it definitely doesn't have to be, it could also just be a documented way for non-devs to see the numbers.

Off the top of my head, I think we're interested in the number of meetings held, the amount and what organizations are holding meetings, and the number of users on the platform. Constrained by some reasonable time measure.
