Make census tract map easier to view and understand #104

My current feeling is that this means changing it from a chloropleth map into a proportional circle map (big circle for census tracts with many visitors).

I still like this idea. I think we just want to change the census tract map to proportional circles, while leaving the county and state level maps as chloropleths
