Hoot Discord Music Bot Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") govern your use of the Hoot Discord music bot ("Hoot") operated by Owlvernyte ("us", "we", or "our").

2. Use of Hoot

2.1. By using Hoot, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

2.2. Hoot is a Discord music bot built on top of Distube.js that allows users to play audio from YouTube videos via ffmpeg and stream it to Discord.

2.3. You may use Hoot on your Discord server for listening to music and other related audio content.

2.4. You may not use Hoot to distribute or share copyrighted material without proper authorization.

2.5. You may not use Hoot to engage in any activity that violates the Discord Terms of Service or any other applicable terms of service.

2.6. If you violate any of these Terms, your access to and use of Hoot may be suspended or terminated.

3. Ownership

3.1. Hoot, including its codebase and content, is the sole property of Owlvernyte.

3.2. You may not modify, copy, distribute, or reuse any part of Hoot, its codebase, or its content without written permission from Owlvernyte.

4. Disclaimer

4.1. Hoot is provided on an "as is" basis, without warranties of any kind.

4.2. Owlvernyte assumes no responsibility for any loss or damage caused by the use of Hoot.

5. Liability

5.1. In no event shall Owlvernyte be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of Hoot.

5.2. The limitations of liability set forth in this section shall apply even if the above stated remedy fails of its essential purpose.

By using Hoot, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use Hoot.
