Advertise the "Hack Club Toolbox" in a new "Resources Page"

Hey! National Hack Club HQ does this really cool thing where they partner with companies like Replit and Figma to provide some really cool tools for our hackers! This is called the Hack Club toolbox, at https://toolbox.hackclub.com. I would love to be able to share this resource on our website on a new "Resources" page, where we can share this, and other cool things we come across.

To complete this issue:

• Create a "Resources" page, and add it to the navbar at the top of the website
• Create a list of links (or a more creative way of displaying this information), giving each link a short description about what they are
• Add https://toolbox.hackclub.com
• Add https://replit.com/site/github-students
• Add https://education.github.com/students (GitHub Student Developer Pack)
