GA - Trigger transaction #36

Problem :
When you use GA with tarteaucitron, transaction event is never trigger.

Solution :

update block on Mage_GoogleAnalytics_Model_Observer::setGoogleAnalyticsOnOrderSuccessPageView
from google_analytics to cookie.config.ga.universal

cache issue on class PH2M_Gdpr_Block_Cookies_Config (need remove construct)
