Getting News extension records translated within 9.5.x

Hello,
thanks a lot for this nice extensions. Editors will love it!
Currently I am having some trouble to get translations for news entries within
typo3 version 9.5.8 and news 7.2.0.
I am working with a site package and I have added the configuration to my TCA file:
tx_news_domain_model_news.php as you described.
Unfortunatly I do not have a "translate" button offering to translate (automatically) a news entry.
Could you please be so kind to provide some further information how the extension has to be used for news entries?
