Please help

Its been days I have connected my Panther X with network but its not stable and status light is blinking continuously. I have tried to access dashboard via IP address too but not working as well. I tried to connect it via Wifi and then wired too same result. I opened ticket on panther support days ago but no reply.

What can I do to solve this?

I have attached picture of my Panther X serial & also the error I get when I try to access the dashboard.

NO Panther X do not answer.
