rebar3 release with skel as deps? #11

add skel to my rebar3 repo, something error happened when i run rebar3 release

===> Errors generating release
          skel: Missing parameter in .app file: applications

environment:

erl -version
Erlang (SMP,ASYNC_THREADS,HIPE) (BEAM) emulator version 9.2
./rebar3 version
rebar 3.4.4 on Erlang/OTP 20 Erts 9.2
skel commit bf55de94e64354592ea335f4375f4b40607baf43
