Summaries are being sent to all team members, including inactive ones. For example, in the Test Org and Test team we use, it's sending summaries to all of the inactive users with personal e-mails of ex Parabol members

Summary of a meeting is sent only to active team members
Triage is performed to find the root cause of the bug, timeboxed to ~1 hour.
Estimated effort: 1 hour to triage. More if root cause is already identified.

Why should inactive members get e-mails? 🤔 Imagine you invite someone to your organization and at some point you disable the user because you don't work together anymore. Would they still get summaries by e-mail?
Inactive means the user wasn't logged in for 30 days, that does not seem like a strong enough indicator to not send emails. I think an org cannot manually set a user inactive.
