Give new teams AI Suggest Groups for free for the first 3 retros

Currently, the only "trial" Starter tier users receive is 3 free AI Meeting summaries for their first retros.

However, some users don't end their meeting so might not see that added value, and therefore they do not experience a loss of value enough to consider upgrading.

Suggest Groups is a paid AI feature and is visible on the Group phase of retros. Can we allow the first 3 retros to have AI Suggest Groups? And after the 3 retros, they lose access.

In effect, we'd have a basic version of a "reverse trial" with two elements (suggest groups and summaries) but based on the use of retros, not timed (ie you have 30 days). We could update user email journey to talk about upgrading both to Team and Enterprise.
