Deleting an user keeps the user logged if there is a dangling cookie

Steps to reproduce:

• Create an user and log in.
• Open a new tab so there are two Parabol tabs.
• Use one of the tabs to delete the user. Once it's deleted, close that tab.
• Close the browser (and thus, the other tab that was still opened).
• Open the browser again and get in Parabol.
• Observe the username and see you can even delete the user again.
