Issue Description

I tried to attack a machine gun turret with a cutlass and there was no attack animation or damage being done, all it did was make the hit noise.

What did you expect to happen?

To be able to melee attack the turret.

What happened instead?

Turret remained unharmed.

Why is this bad/What are the consequences?

No response

Steps to reproduce the issue.

melee attack any kind of machinery/portable_turret

When did the problem start happening?

3 weeks ago probably.

Extra information

Probably some missing return in Attack chain migration: /obj/machinery #27784
