Describe the requested feature
The ConventionalRoutingTopology has an internal constructor that takes a function that creates the exchange name. Default is Namespace + ":" + classname.
If the constuctor was not internal, but I had to copy all the code from the ConventionalRoutingTopology and change ":" to "."
