No Payment Page after upgrading to Gravity Forms version 2.9.2 #20

Hi There Guys,

We have recently upgraded our gravity forms version and right after, the client is no longer seeing the payment page after the first form submission.

There are no server issues, and the email still fires, but obviously no payments can be collected.
