Create and provide various file formats for the user to download

Example: North Slope Climate Data

Climate data is provided as netCDF files. The goal is to pre-convert datasets to different file formats (txt, csv..) to provide users, with limit coding knowledge, access to easier to use data files.

This relates to GitHub issue #1889
