While for SR we mostly put everyone through to the knockouts stage, for Smallpeice this year we didn't (only the top 8 of 16 went through).

The existing knocked-out-teams command is helpful, however doesn't show the teams which were knocked out between the league and the first knockout round. It would be very useful if it could.

This needs more digging -- a quick pass suggests that this ought to already be supported, so I'm not sure why I reported that it wasn't.
