Before, during and after the migration KEEP YOUR SEED SAFE! DO NOT share your IOTA Seed with websites, friends, moderators in the IOTA community or even IOTA Foundation members!
The Migration to the Chrysalis network starts with the 21st of April 2021!
- You can not use Firefly with IOTA tokens until the migration starts on the 21st
- You can not send Firefly/Chrysalis IOTA tokens to exchanges until after the migration starting with the 28th
- You can not receive IOTA tokens from Exchange to firefly until after the exchanges migrate starting with the 28th

IOTA is a fee less and scaleable transaction settlement and data transfer layer with a focuss on the Internet of Things (IoT). It is based on a novel distributed ledger technology called the Tangle, that uses the Structure of a Directed Acrylitic Graph (DAG) instead of a Blockchain which can overcome the inefficiencies of current Blockchain designs and introduces a new way of reaching consensus in a decentralized peer-to-peer system.
