如题，想请问可否用其他国家语言的T2I数据集来微调，会导致性能下降吗？

还想请问 README 1.1数据集章节中提到的 optional中 ‘tools/extract_caption_feature.py’文件被更名为了'tools/extract_features.py'文件了吗？
