Description:
When the "Automatically hide the taskbar" setting is enabled in Windows, the taskbar should appear automatically when the mouse is moved to the edge of the screen. However, when my software is maximized, such as the Edge browser, the taskbar does not appear when I hover the mouse at the screen edge.

Steps to Reproduce:

Enable the "Automatically hide the taskbar" setting in Windows.
Maximize my software (e.g., Edge browser).
Move the mouse to the edge of the screen where the taskbar should appear.
Expected Behavior:
The taskbar should automatically appear when the mouse is moved to the edge of the screen.

Actual Behavior:
The taskbar does not appear when the mouse is moved to the edge of the screen.

System Information:

OS: Windows
Software: Windows 11 23H2

Additional Context:
This issue affects usability as it prevents quick access to the taskbar when using maximized applications.
