Is this mist part of the animation? If its some custom particle thing , its not going to work without effort. Remember, DX can only deal with animated rotation, scale or translaton. Keyframing anything else won't do anything.

The mist is still missing, so we just have do get creative with it ^^
I guess just animated rotation, scale or translaton of the mesh? or also of the textures?

I know! Make particles, then apply the effect and rig a bone to make all of them rotate around on the x, y and z axis (the more I think about it the more I think it will fail but it's worth a try)

UVs cant animate right now. If the particles are single faces floating around the model, I guess that would work.
We can do proper particles or UV animation if we want, but it just takes time to do it. I dont have code for those things just sitting around :p

I guess we can come up with someting cool just with floating meshes, i did some stuff yesterday i can show you maybe when i'm home again today or tomorrow ☺
