Create & use table of advisors

Advisors' data is currently stored in the about/current-team/advisors.json file, which must be updated manually by developers.

A table storing the current advisors should be instead used. Such table should be then editable only by the president, in the admin section.

We may also consider removing the custom email for all advisors.

I have set a table for current advisors. What do you think about the custom email for advisors? are we going to remove?

Please do not remove my custom email (fabio.meloni) as I still receive messages from time to time
