Description

Some ruff rules could be relaxed. Some examples I have encountered :

PLR0913 Too many arguments to function call
PLR0912 Too many branches
PLR0915 Too many statements

S101 assertions not allowed, to be discussed.

Proposal

We may want to increase the limits for those rules.
