Description

When a paper-checkbox appears at the top of a column other than the first one, the ripple appears below the previous column.

Expected outcome

When clicking the paper-checkbox, the ripple appears behind the checkbox.

Actual outcome

The ripple appears below the previous column.

Steps to reproduce

Open the link above
Click and hold inside the checkboxes for "Health" and "Religion & Spirituality"
