How to filter out value that is an array? #8

How would I specify a filter for the version field in the following?

{
  "event": "my_event",
  "properties": {
    "version": [
      1,
      19,
      0
    ],
  },
}

I'd like to filter out events that have this particular version set.

Ideas:

filter based on whole array value.
filter based on index into array and comparing that value
