When we built the /people page and added the stats at the top, we sourced the data from a recent team survey and hard coded the data..... and then forgot about it until now.

We should add extra questions to the moderator profile section and source it from there so we're showing accurate data.

Maybe we can also fix this funky rendering issue while we're at it:
