推送apache apisix失败 #417

Describe the bug

在插件广场-Apache APISIX 设置中配置了Apisix 控制台地址：http://192.168.3.99:9000 配置了用户名密码：admin/admin。
在设置-操作-推送中点击推送报错，提示“推送失败，请升级扩展或稍后再试”。

Postcat V0.5.1 从github下载的最新版windows客户端
