Populate default values on work pools

Why
After creating a new work pool users have the options to populate "optional" fields. However they start unpopulated and there is no easy guidance on what is set as default and what a reasonable change would be. In the image section the default value is present but disappears once data is entered, I think this is a reasonable experience.

What

• Determine whether to provide editable string values or to surface defaults when no override is present.
• Change work pool to provide more information to users.
