pyart-gridding notebook overview

In the Py-ART gridding notebook, the fourth Overview item reads:

4. Gridding multiple radars to the same grid

However, the notebook only works with a single radar file. It would be useful to include a use case where multiple radars are used.

Should we either remove item (4) and create a separate notebook which uses multiple radars, or just add a section to the existing notebook?

@mgrover1 any thoughts on this? We are working through prioritization of open issues and unsure about this one.

I can add a section here on that! Should be a pretty quick thing to add.
