Termine container exit with '/usr/bin/env: ‘bash\r’: No such file or directory' #45

Running 'docker-compose up --build -d' the 'termine' container exit with error:
'/usr/bin/env: ‘bash\r’: No such file or directory'

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. git clone https://github.com/Public-Health-Informatics-Munich/covid19-teststation-termine.git (60583c5)
  2. cd covid19-teststation-termine
  3. docker-compose up --build -d

Expected behavior
The application starts an is accessible at http://localhost:8000
