Dropping items always drops them at the current player position no matter the angle of where the player looks or its velocity

I've searched existing issues and couldn't find a duplicate.

What happened?

While pressing Q while i held the item the item would always drop at my current position

To Reproduce

1.Take any item no matter stackable or non-stackable
2.Look at any angle
3.Drop it

Expected behavior

The item should drop if player looks at that angle or has a certain velocity
