日志切割只是清空清空存在日志 #15

在指定日志切割时间的时候，发现切割的方式只是将原有的日志情况。并不是想象的会吧。日志重命名，再重新生成一下新的日志

mysql-sniffer的切割方式是日志重命名，然后创建新的日志文件。
-s 1意味着会每隔一分钟切换一次日志文件，此时会把现在的日志文件13470.log重名为像2018-05-02-13:43-13470.log这样的格式，然后创建新的日志文件。
至于你说的问题，你可以检查下你的使用方式，或者把你的使用方式发出来看看。
