External program to quickstart a new QMV database

• Place in a folder where you wish to create a new QMV Database and scan for all file types that QMV supports
• Automatically assign path, border type tag, duration attribute and audio tag
• Highly unlikely: include some form of AI object detection to automatically assing other tags

All 3 tasks and probably even more may be solved by using one of the programs listed in TagsResearch and making a static QMV export plugin for it.

Probably settling on either TagStudio or Spacedrive depending which of them makes creating the plugin easier and matching with QMV features.
