[Help Wanted] C++ binder code-synthesis

Hello,

I'm currently trying to get the C++ code binder based on cpp-synthesis to work, but to no avail. I basically have the same problem as described here:

I also looked at:

but did not understand this namespace-map stuff.

I am aware that this question is not related to the QIF standard per say but I was not sure where to ask it. Sorry if it is not appropriate to ask this here.

In the meantime, I will try to make the CPP-Kramer to work instead.
