Qubes OS release

Qubes OS 4.2

Brief summary

Seems to be a weird interaction between debian and fedora, where the clock qube time isn't being propagated across VMs correctly. Doesn't seem to be consistent

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create a fresh Qubes 4.2 install with debian-12-xfce as the default VM
  2. Switch sys-net to be a fedora based template vm
  3. Run date in a debian AppVM and in the sys-net VM.

Expected behavior

Dates are the same

Actual behavior

dates are different by approximately 5 hours
