Hi there,

When I try to open some pdf, they contain only 1 page. And when I try to browse through their pages, the UI shows that they have 1 of 0 pages.
I think it is size related. As a matter fact, I've got this problem only with pdfs which size is greater than 3-4 Mo. The others are fully functionnal.

Thanks,

I know about this problem too, thanks for reporting it.
I have absolutely no idea what's causing this, I'll need to investigate.

I'll look into it but I think it could be either size related or maybe the pdf version used

Ok I tested these pdf sizes :

  • 100 ko
  • 200 ko
  • 400 ko
  • 800 ko
  • 1 Mo
  • 3 Mo
  • 5 Mo
  • 10 Mo
  • 25 Mo
They all worked except the 5 Mo which was the problematic pdf I told you about in the first post. However I can open it without problem with Acrobat on W11.

Since it's only one file, do you want me to go further and try to find out how is encoded this file (and which version) ? Or do you want me to close the topic ?

Took it !
I can reproduce the issue, so I'll try to see what causes it.
