Our objective should be to get this app to market as quickly as possible and then start to iterate as quickly as feasible.

We need to define what the mvp looks like, and then create a roadmap on how to get there so we have a good idea of what needs to be done. Lets

establish the shape of the mvp
define the major components that need to be built
keep an open mind about what we're willing to (and what is feasible to) descope for the mvp
