pyLODE attribution

Hello,

I really love the work you have done with pyLODE. I use it to document our work on an ontology for historical person data we developed at the Center for Family History in the Netherlands (https://github.com/CBG-Centrum-voor-familiegeschiedenis/PiCo). Thank you so much for your hard work on this wonderful tool.

Of course I would like to give attribution to the makers of pyLODE when I publish my work. However, the Supermodel version of the documentation does not show attribution yet. Only the OntPub version does that, but I'm using Supermodel.
