[Bug] [InFamous] "Point of Interest" points somewhere to the down-left of the object.

Quick summary

BCUS98119 (doesn't really matter, all version have the same bug)
The "Point of Interest" feature, that zooms in and points the camera on an object that the game wants to show to the player, is broken - it points somewhere to the down-left of the object.
Can't be fixed by changing settings.
