pkgs --update-force命令有问题 #207

该命令有问题，该命令直接调用了git的pull --force命令，导致有可能合并会出现冲突，进而导致强制update失败。

建议做法：
直接把packages文件夹删了，然后执行pkgs --update全部重新下载。
