Complete redesign!

There's a couple of new features as well, like more sort and filter options on many pages. You can now click on the avatar image on the leaderboard just to see players with that avatar, just for fun.

We are also very close with having all the top 50k players updated within at most 6 months. So the scanner will soon prioritize some new unscanned players we have in the queue while maintaining the top 50k to be at most 6 months old.
