Current Release Shows Up as Blank for Program Roll-up View

My program-level Scope Change Chart for the current release is currently not loading/timing out. This is odd because I have a series of team level charts that all populate on the same page no problem. I double checked with my peers, and their program level charts are populating for both myself and them, but no one seems to be able to get my program level chart to populate for this current release. Both previous and future releases currently populate; only this release is affected.

I raised the issue with Broadcom support who thought they might be able to resolve by finding and removing preference, but no such value existed in the developer tool network area.
