Rich text App - for Text

Great idea to have a Rich text app for HTML but how about a Text only App - Since the Rich Text Editor is in the App Settings most user of the system cannot use/update this field. Agile Central lacks a Rich text only app. When building dashboards, it would be good to have an Rich to provide comments about a Release etc..

Hey @plindo1999, trying to understand the usecase here. You'd want an app that just renders the rich text editor component on the app itself and anyone could update it?

Correct; A few use case – I build a Release dashboard made of several core apps, but we do not have an app to denote the Theme and Goals of the Release that the features in the release will support. Or In the Release Dashboard – use a Rich Text App – name it executive summary – and provide commentary in the Monthly Release meeting each release train runs with their management teams. (we use Word or Power point now then switch to Agile Central for the rest of the meeting) Or I build a Iteration Review and Retrospective dashboard made up of several iteration apps, but need a text box to provide written context or summary about the iteration.
