Set a default value for the path:

meta <- EIAapi::eia_metadata(api_key = api_key)
Error in EIAapi::eia_metadata(api_key = api_key) : 
  The api_path argument is missing... ❌
Please check the API Dashboard for the API URL:
https://www.eia.gov/opendata/browser/
