Fanen Registeradministrasjon vises bare for SC-brukere. Siden "hide" benyttes for å skjule denne for LU-brukere, vil den for en LU bruker, først lastes og så forsvinne. Vi ønsker ei løsning hvor visningskontroll skjer på et tidligere tidspunkt slik at fanen aldri lastes for LU-brukere
