Cant loop an .mp3

I'm trying to get my bot to play and loop an .mp3 indefinitely after it has joined the voice channel.
Here's what I have so far.

@bot.command(pass_context=True)
async def adotst(ctx):
await ctx.channel.purge(limit=1)
channel = ctx.author.voice.channel
voice = get(self.bot.voice_clients, guild=ctx.guild)

def repeat(guild, voice, audio):
    voice.play(audio, after=lambda e: repeat(guild, voice, audio))
    voice.is_playing()

if channel and not voice.is_playing():
    audio = discord.FFmpegPCMAudio('C:/Users/User/Downloads/mp3 files/desired_file.mp3')
    voice.play(audio, after=lambda e: repeat(ctx.guild, voice, audio))
    voice.is_playing()

When I run that code, it gives me this error:

I dont understand what I'm doing wrong.

self seems to be a Command instance. From your command decorator, this doesn't seem to be in a cog, so you can probably refer to bot in the same way within the command. It's difficult to help you further without more context.
