Is it possible to Handle Modal Cancel / Closing?

The Modal class doesn't seem to have a way to handle modal cancellation or closure: it seems to be kept waiting forever. Is it a discord limitation or a discord.py library limitation?

When a timeout is added, the Modal is not automatically closed when the timeout is reached; if it is closed (not submitted) before the timeout, a on_timeout event is emitted when the time is expired. In both cases, it's not possible to know if the user manually closed the Modal form.

Any way to handle the modal form closure?

This is a discord limitation. Nothing the library can do.

Discord does not expose a way to tell if a modal has been closed or not.
